Establishing a Chapter

To establish an AΩT chapter, your program must be fully accredited by ACOTE. Please complete the "Establishing a Chapter Form" (listed above) and return to Kathryn Melin Eberhardt, AΩT National Coordinator, via email to begin the process of starting a chapter.

Identifying and Inviting Eligible Students/Graduates

• Eligibility for membership in AΩT

• Please have the Chapter Advisor complete the Chapter Candidates Nomination form each time the Chapter nominates eligible candidates for membership and return to Kathryn Melin Eberhardt.
